You, the HIRER are responsible whilst hiring this Bouncy Castle & soft play to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable & goods. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions and guides are followed: We strongly advise that you seek your own liability insurance if you are concerned about the cover this contract allows.
This unit has an age limit of (ASK DELIVERY DRIVER). Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment.
In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.

Please note that all persons using this Bouncy Castle & Soft Pkay do so at their own risk.
The person/s or organisation hiring this Inflatable equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.
Our Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the inflatable being returned in an unacceptable condition, i.e.: If it is in a dirty or muddy condition, I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge. I have checked with the operator that the inflatable bouncing castle & Soft Play, has been erected and secured properly
Any damages caused which could affect another clients booking will be your responsibility to pay for repairs/ replacement or could result in you paying the difference for us to book with others for the client. .
Terms and Conditions
1.1 Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation letter or email from us.
1.2 By placing an order with us either verbally or via email regardless of whether a booking form has been returned or deposit paid it is deemed that the customer has read, understood, fully agreed to and is bound by all our terms and conditions of hire.
1.3 In the event that Ava’s Events is not ready to commence at the agreed time due to our fault, then we will still operate the agreed hire period by extending the finishing time of the hire (venue permitting). In the event that the hire does not start at the agreed time, as setup has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that are no fault of Ava’s Events, then the hire will still end as per the agreed time on booking form. In the event that we have setup in time but the hire does not start at the agreed time due to over running of previous activities by you or venue, The hire will still end as per the agreed time on booking form.
1.4 Ava’s Events cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that, may prevent us from attending your event, these may include but not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of the vehicle, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances, our liability will be limited to refunding of the monies paid.
Prices, Deposit & Balance Payments
2.1 All hires are subject to a deposit of at least 20% (Deposit is Non-Refundable)
2.2 All hires are subject to a deposit paid in full and cleared 14 days prior to the event start date. If the operator uses the equipment for a time period in excess of the service period agreed, the coverage in rental time will be billed to the operator and must be paid before additional hours are provided.
2.3 Advertised prices are subject to change without prior notification.
2.4 We are happy to work beyond midnight but impose a supplementary charge of £60 per hour or part thereof, post midnight.
2.5 Ava’s Events reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at 2% above its banker’s current interest rate.
Cancelations
3.1 Any cancelled order is subject to the following cancellation charges
Within 8 weeks prior to event 20% of order value
Within 6 weeks prior to event 50% of order value
Within 4 weeks prior to event 75% of order value
Within 2 weeks prior to event 100% of order value
4.1 The company reserves the right to substitute hired equipment with equipment of a similar type and value without notice in the event of previous damage or loss of booked equipment
4.2 All sizes quoted are approximate
4.3 All goods remain the property of the company at all times
4.4 The company reserves the right to amend or alter any product specification without prior notice.
Site Location, Facilities & Conduct
5.1 Hired equipment will be setup in the location only as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once setup. Please ensure there is sufficient space at your venue to setup the goods.
5.2 Please ensure you have obtained permission at your venue to use the Photo our Booth.
5.3 Please inform us of any circumstances that would make setting the goods up more demanding, including going up stairs, long distances from unloading area to venue etc. We allocate a set period of time for setting up our equipment at your venue which is included within your price, but if there are any complications that are not made known to us beforehand then unfortunately this will come out of the run time.
5.4 The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to the start of event.
5.5 The company reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of the company feels that the guests or clients conduct endangers the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the hired equipment. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be due to the company.
5.6 Ava’s Events reserves the right to refuse guests admission into the booth if our staff feels they are too unruly.
Liability & Insurance
6.1 The client agrees to cover the company for any damage or theft of the company’s equipment whilst on hire.
6.2 The company accepts liability for any damage or loss of personal property and any injury arising from the use of the hire equipment.
All Other Terms & Conditions
7.1 Ava’s Events may use any of the photographs from the event for suitable means: this includes but is not limited to advertising and promotional material either in print or the internet. Attending your event would mean that you have agreed and granted the company permission to do so by yourselves and your guests.
7.2 By hiring from Ava’s Events means you agree to all of our Terms & Conditions.
Please conduct us if you are unclear on any of our Terms & Conditions before you book a booth for your event. We are only too happy to answer any questions you may have.
We will do our best to rebook your event for dates available. We only will allow your to rebook your event once. An additional fee will be charged for multiple date changes.
Any damages to our products while in your care will be bookers responsibility to cover costs of damage to repair or replace products. All booking will be asking to give a £100 refundable holding deposit, this is refunded 24 hours after your booking once products are assessed for damages. Any damages to goods will be quoted for to repair/replace.
This includes damages or loss of props and accessories including glasses to all walls and carts, tables, etc...
In the chance that your event gets cancelled please give us as much notice as possible so we can contact others who may have interest in dates now available. Your deposit will be non refundable.
We are dartford based and cover up to a 10 mile radius. Any additional miles will have a £1 per mile fee added to your booking. This will be discussed when creating your booking.
